Refund Policy:

We strongly advise you to try and see how our website content, FAQ, quality of work as a portfolio, and review are available for each package available on our site. We advise you to properly check the content, and ask any questions before making the purchase decision. If you have any queries, we have a dedicated support team ready to support you on our workdays. Asking For Refunds:

You will be able to ask for a 100% money-back guarantee, not including transaction fees and/or sales tax, up until the point at which you receive the 2nd email of your assigned dedicated project manager plus designer for any kind of service you have purchased. Once you have received your dedicated project manager and designers from Design Share, you are not eligible to ask for a refund of any amount. You can make such a request up to 7 days after receiving the first email of the service you have purchased.

When Not to Expect a Refund:

We do not refund based on non-existing features or service requests.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following circumstances: 

  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund if more than 7 days have passed since you have received the first email (invoice & payment confirmation email) or other service you have purchased.
  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund if we assign a dedicated project manager and designer for your project in our 2nd email.
  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund if you have participated in fraudulent activity or activity that violates our terms of service.
  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund if you have used our services in the past and received a refund from us already before. In other words, if you’ve received a refund from us in the past, you aren’t entitled to one again.
  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund if you have issued a chargeback for your order without notifying us of your refund request.
  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund if you use any one of our discount codes to get a discount on your purchase.
  • We reserve the right to not work with a client for whatever reason we choose.

What to Keep In Mind:

Design Share offers a full refund within 7 days starting from the moment when the client makes the payment and gets the first email of purchase confirmation. In this case, the Design Share team has the right to ask relevant questions and investigate for the refund and the right to NOT offer the refund if it is not eligible.

Please also note that:

  • You may cancel your contract at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
  • By requesting a refund, you are essentially canceling your Design Share premium service(s) subscription, which will result in losing access to Design Share premium services and a dedicated assigned team.
  • Your contract will be deactivated immediately after you get the refund and the premium services restrictions will be in action within 24 hours.
  • If you get a refund, you cannot use our services or assigned team members anymore.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account depending on the region you are residing in.
