Before you order or use Design Share’s subscription service(s) for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using Design Share and/or other products/services, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.

We reserve the right to change and modify terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

Service Delivery:

All our free downloadable products are available for direct download after login. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded upon purchase. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.

Your purchase information will be emailed to the email address. You need to open an account with our site to download any of our products (free or paid). There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hour and up to 24 hours depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

Modifications:

You are allowed to modify any of our ser according to your requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check guidelines and consult via email if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.

Unauthorized/Illegal Uses:

We reserve the right of blocking your user account or contract immediately if we believe that you are trying to abuse the service term or our business in any way.

If you create an account on the Design Share website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify Design Share of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Age Requirements to Use Our Products:

By registering for our services you hereby declare that you are 18 or over 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully competent to enter into the terms and conditions described here. Our services are not intended for children. If in any case, you are under 13, please do not use our services.

Support Policy:

Our Support Policy describes what support you can expect from us and how we provide support. After you have subscribed to a Design Share service, you are eligible to ask support for issues you might face with our product(s). Once a clear and understandable support query is placed, we try to provide a solution via email. 

Here we are sharing the detailed policies we maintain for support.

1.Support Language

Currently, we are providing support in the English language only. We expect our valued customers to place a support request in clear and decent English language so that we don’t have to guess what you are expecting from us. Please be as clear as possible.

2.Support Priority

Our customers with valid paid service subscriptions will always have priority over our free service users.

If you have purchased a service from Design Share and have a valid subscription, you are eligible to get priority support from us. We will continue supporting you as long as you have a valid subscription.

3.Support Channels

Design Share provides support via emails, online tickets, a knowledge base, and guidelines. Although we like to socially interact with our users, we do not usually provide any support via any other communication channels, especially not via PM, Facebook, or Twitter.

Many support queries and technical questions are already answered on the website, how-to guides, and FAQs. So, before sending a support query, please make sure you have read our content for the particular service package you are using.

Anti-fraud:

All of our customer purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check-ups to review of payment system. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchases. Customer accounts or contracts can be suspended for manual anti-fraud checks for 24 hours, also it can be suspended for a longer term for more investigations.

Price Changes:

Design Share reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Refunds:

We have a customer-friendly 7-day refund policy. But specific terms and conditions will apply, please refer to our Refund Policy page.

Please read the website and FAQ sections before you decide to buy. You can also discuss with the support team for packages and features you need for your platform.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

In consideration of your use of our services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself when prompted by the Site and ordering process. Design Share has the right to reject your order if your information is inaccurate, untrue, incomplete, or hinders Design Share’s ability to fulfill its services in any meaningful way.  You must be age 18 or older to use any services offered by Design Share. When using our services you affirm that you are age 18 or older and fully competent to make online transactions.

Payments:

By purchasing a product or service made available through Design Share, you agree to pay the fees associated with the transaction, including but not limited to any transaction fees or taxes.

When making a purchase, the buyer shall make an upfront payment equivalent to the price of the service that the buyer chose. The buyer is able to make the payment through credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Receipt of the payment will be sent to the buyer’s email account that the buyer was required to enter during the payment process.

All service prices that Design Share offers are shown in US dollar currency. Therefore, buyers will make payments using US dollar currency regardless of location. 

Testimonial:

By writing a testimonial for Design Share, you agree, give permission to, and grant us the license required to use your testimonial on pages of our Site. We are able to use the whole or parts of your testimonial. We reserve the right to edit any grammatical or spelling mistakes made on that testimonial. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not submit a testimonial to us. If you wish to take your testimonial down, please contact us. Contact information is shown below.

Indemnification Clause:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Design Share harmless from any claims, losses, expenses, demands, costs, liabilities, or damages, including but not limited to legal fees arising from the use of our Site or services or from the violation of our terms of services.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate your right to use any of our services even if you have paid for the service for any of the following reasons:

  • The information you provided is misleading or false
  • You are not cooperating with the execution of your order
  • We have reason to believe you are involved with fraudulent activity
  • We have reason to believe you are causing harm to our servers or attempting to do so

Use of Material Appearing on Our Website:

Your use of our Site is for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You acknowledge that, except for advertisements, Design Share is the sole owner of all content on our Site, including, without limitation, all applicable copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, logos, and other intellectual property rights thereto, as well as text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video, and other material appearing on the Site. You may not use any of Design Share’s content displayed unless expressly authorized by Design Share. Warranty Disclaimer:

THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED AS IS” BASIS UNLESS ANYTHING REPUGNANT TO ANY LAW AND ITS APPLICATION DIRECTLY, THAT IS NOT CAPABLE OF BEING WAIVED OR LIMITED, ThriveDesk AND ITS REPRESENTATIVE ARE NOT TO BE LIABLE AND ThriveDesk DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES RELATED TO ANY THIRD PARTY OR CUSTOMERS USE AND TO ITS MANNER OF USE OF CONTENT AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY SORT. 

Entire Agreement:
