Type of Data We Collect:
- Personal information: Depending on your actions on our site, we collect different information about you when you register (sign up) on our site, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter. While ordering with us, you may need to place your name, email address, and billing address (if intend to make a purchase).

If you have been through the ways we collect data from, only our administrators have access to your data. No third party can access your data from us.

Design Share uses cookies to identify and track visitors, their actions on the site, and their website access preferences. We have affiliate programs for anybody who wants to earn a handsome amount of money helping us sell our products or services. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was enforced by the European Union on may 25, 2018, which has revolutionised the process of strengthening privacy, security & personal data protection in an unprecedented manner. It has given the EU residents the right to privacy and data protection and has imposed responsibility both on the data processors and the data controllers.
When a business shows that it is GDPR compliance, it means that you as a user of their services are safeguarded in regards to Data Privacy and Data Protections. It upholds your rights as a controller of your data and allows you the access to grant permission being the sole controller and owner of your own data.
Design Share is GDPR compliant, inasmuch as it does not explicitly contradict to the laws of Bangladesh, since we are registered in Bangladesh. We strongly believe that to our customers, their data privacy is of the utmost important factor in determining whether to subscribe to a platform like ours who deals with processing of private data. Therefore, we tend to uphold the rights and obligations mentioned in the GDPR and be compliant as much as possible.
CAN-SPAM Act:
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
We collect your email address in order to:
- Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders.
- Send you additional information related to your product and/or service
To be in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we agree to the following:
